Ingredients

9 ounces Ghirardelli white baking chocolate, melted

2 cups coarsely crushed Ruffles ridged potato chips

1/2 cup chopped Kirkland pecans

 

 

Instructions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set.

Quick Tip: Place mini muffin liners in mini muffin tins before dropping by tablespoonfuls. It made for easier transport to the fridge to set.

The applesauce spice cake is not pictured in a bunt pan but rather a square pan. I think I prefer the square pan but wonder would it be 8×8 or 9×9 or 9×13? What would then be the baking time?
