These Pork Chops Are Seasoned To Perfection And Covered With An Amazing Sauce

These are probably the most delicious pork chops I have ever made in my life – and trust me, I’ve tried many recipes!

If you wish to get a crispy crust on the pork chops, you can pour the sauce around them in the dish, and just add the breadcrumbs and cheese on top. Personally, I like to have the sauce all over the pork chops – I think it makes them nice and moist, and gives them that extra flavor. Don’t forget to let us know in the comments how these turned out for you!

Ingredients

1/2 tsp McCormick garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

3 pork chops (bone-in for best flavor)

1 tsp fresh garlic

1/2 Tbsp Bertolli extra virgin olive oil

5 oz. Campbell’s cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup Daisy fat free sour cream

1/4 cup water

1 tsp dried parsley

1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh or jarred)

1/8 cup bread crumbs

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

Combine the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper and poultry seasoning in a small bowl. Rub both sides of the pork chops with mixture.

Over medium-high heat, add the oil and garlic to a large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides, 3-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.

Add the chops to a baking dish. Mix the soup, sour cream, water & parsley and pour over the chops. Sprinkle the top of the sauce with the parmesan and bread crumbs. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
