Sweet And Salty For Breakfast? Why Not!

I am a huge breakfast person! I need to have breakfast right when I wake up every single morning or I will get cranky with a huge headache and feel like I am going to pass out.  I am not even exaggerating, it has happened more often than not and I have given my husband quite the scare when he realizes that I am not trying to be annoying, I just cannot go so long without food.

For whatever reason, that is how it is for me, and although it kind of annoys me, I find a way to enjoy it. My way to enjoy it is by coming up with new, creative, and fun foods to eat for breakfast.  Since I do have to eat breakfast every day and cannot skip, I do not want to have the same old boring dish every day.

So instead, I switch it up with large breakfast casseroles, or quick things that I can pick up while I am headed out the door. This recipe for sausages rolled up in French toast is excellent for whether you are planning to stay home or go out.  You can enjoy these in many different ways.  I know I sure have!
