Swanky Sausage Biscuit Bites – They’re Party Perfect!

This is perfect to serve at parties, most especially if there’s a large crowd. You don’t need to rush yourself – other than serving another portion because these will be gone in a heartbeat! No need to take out utensils or plates. These are handy so it’s convenient for the host and for the guests! As appetizers, these little beauties will definitely keep your guests busy while you’re making the finishing touches to your main course.

They taste really good, are simple to make, and are made of classic ingredients that people are familiar with. You can’t go wrong with this.

Ingredients:

7.5 oz Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

1 pkg Banquet 8 oz. brown and serve sausages, browned according to package directions

Sargento grated parmesan cheese

McCormick oregano, dried

Kerrygold butter

Instructions:

Roll out each biscuit into a 4-in. circle. Spread butter on the biscuit. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

Place sausage link on the biscuit and roll up. Cut each widthwise into four pieces; insert a toothpick into each. *I usually insert the toothpick before cutting….the biscuit stays rolled up better that way.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
