Succulent Shrimp Scampi Will Make Your Heart Throb

Whenever I usually make shrimp I do it in a skillet on top of the stove. Because I have an irrational fear of eating undercooked seafood, I tend to overcook everything and shrimp especially gets quite rubbery. By putting it in the oven it really was foolproof and came out perfectly! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:

“This simple but flavorful Scampi is sure to be a big hit.”

This shrimp was a huge success at home. It felt like we were eating an expensive dinner when it was really very affordable and quite simple to prepare. Watch for when shrimp goes on sale to save even more money!
