St. Patty’s Party Reuben Sliders

We are big into celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on my husband’s side of the family. His parents are very much into their Irish roots, and his grandfather was born on St. Patrick’s Day so we always have a big get together. Usually, we try and do a potluck style dinner so Grandma doesn’t get stuck making all the foods. The theme is of course, Irish, so there’s lots of cabbage, sauerkraut, and other traditional dishes.

Last year I wanted to make Reuben sandwiches but making an individual sandwich for each person was going to be too much work. It would also be impossible to not spend the entire day in the kitchen preparing them.

That’s when I found these Reuben sliders on Spend with Pennies. I could make a whole bunch of mini sandwiches all at once so everyone could get the flavor and I wouldn’t be stuck doing tons of work.

They were a huge hit. They’ve already asked that I make them again next year!
