Savory Slow Cooker Beef Tips Simmered In Brown Gravy

Nothing beats a hot meal that has been simmering in the Crock Pot all day.

This includes my grandma’s famous recipe for slow cooker beef tips. You guys, these beef tips come out so tender and juicy that it makes you want to shout for joy. The gravy is delicious, too. I love to serve these savory beef tips over egg noodles or rice. My husband actually prefers mashed potatoes. You can serve them any way that you like. Some people even prefer to eat the beef tips just as they are.

This recipe is very easy to follow and only contains a handful of ingredients. In fact, the only thing I had to go out and fetch from the grocery store was the beef tips. My butcher behind the meat counter chopped them up into lovely bite-sized pieces.

Don’t you just love the old-fashioned meat counter at a locally ran grocery store? I certainly do. It’s a way better experience than going to a mass supermarket where you probably have no clue as to where your meat came from in the first place. Enjoy the recipe!
