Rain Forest Casserole – A Plethora Of Exotic Flavors You Will LOVE

Hey, everyone! Boy oh boy, do I ever have a fun recipe for you all, today!

Now, I’m not exactly sure why this stuff is called Rainforest casserole, but I really don’t care, either because it tastes amazing. actually, the original name of this dish is “African dish” and I have no clue why it’s called that, either. Basically, if you like taco salad you will like this casserole as it pairs all the flavors you know and love with fun and interesting flavors.

I made this delicious casserole the other night for dinner and my family loved it. I set out as many of the suggested condiments as I had on hand and believe it or not, I found the bananas to be the best choice of them all! My husband said that the cucumbers were super tasty and my kids liked pretty much all of it.

I found this delicious recipe for Rainforest casserole on the Mennonite Girls Can Cook website. I didn’t think this recipe was hard to put together at all. In fact, after the base casserole is made you and your family pretty much personalize the dish yourself. I plan to make this casserole again, very soon.
