Pork Tenderloin Slow-Cooked To Perfection

This is the perfect meal to make when you are having a dinner party. It is one of my favorite things because I can put it in the crock pot and then work on everything else that has to be done…mainly cleaning and getting myself ready! If I have to spend hours in the kitchen, what’s supposed to be a fun event, turns into nothing but a whole lot of rushing and working. Try it for your next get together. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:

“Simple pork tenderloin for the slow cooker with the taste of a fancy feast.”

This is easy enough to make on a busy workday, but fancy enough to serve to guests.

1c water

3/4c red wine

3Tbs La Choy soy sauce

fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

Place pork in slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat.
