Pork Tenderloin Slow-Cooked To Perfection

We didn’t have pork tenderloin growing up. I’m not sure why exactly, but the first time I had it was when I was dating my adult boyfriend and I had gone to dinner at his parent’s house. When we walked in the door, the smell that hit my nose was incredible. I thought, “Wow, his mom must be an excellent cook!” I was also starving from a two-hour road trip to their house so it was hard to tell if it was just because I was so hungry.

When dinner was served, I was a little nervous about trying the pork because I had never had it before. That first bite took me to a place I’ve never been before. It was so juicy and tender, and the flavor was just amazing.

I asked her for the recipe and it was similar to this one that was posted on Group Recipes. Now, I am sure to make this once and a while at home for my family. I don’t want my kids to be left out from trying a succulent recipe like this one!
