Peanut Butter And Banana Bread Cupcake – Elvis’ Fave!

When I was a young girl my mother made banana bread all the time.

She had a cache of brown bananas in the freezer just for this purpose. Banana bread was one of the first baked goods that I learned how to make. As I grew older I wanted to take my baking skills to the next level and try new things. I came across this recipe for banana muffins with peanut butter cream filling and just about flipped my lid. These moist muffins are the bee’s knees!

Now, I know you should never meddle with a good recipe, especially one like classic banana bread or banana muffins, however, I don’t view adding peanut butter cream as being meddlesome but rather an enhancement.

When you bite into these muffins your taste buds are greeted by moist and soft banana bread mixed with a thick layer of peanut butter cream. Talk about an explosion of yummy flavor and smooth textures! Seriously, make these yummy muffins sometime soon. You won’t regret it!
