Imagine Eating a Healthy Veggie Dish And Loving Every Bite Of It!

It was because of a foreign movie that I craved badly for a stir fry one night. I mean seriously. I was quietly watching this movie with my boyfriend about a cop that was assigned to investigate a case about a murder of an influential person. The murder brought him to different parts of the world as he chased the clues and the suspect for the murder. In one of the scenes, he was doing a bit of asking around which led him to an Asian restaurant.

He saw one of the people that was close to the suspect there. So he decided to order something as he observed the actions of the said man. It so happened that the order was some kind of stir fry!

There were sprouts and tofu in there, and there was also mushrooms. And it was piping hot! I couldn’t understand why the movie had to focus the food.

Or maybe I was just too frustrated because I immediately craved for something similar. Unfortunately though, all restaurants were closed by that time. But fortunately, we had a few vegetables at home and a package of tofu.

I was able to make us a stir fry in a few minutes. It’s probably not as delicious as the one served in the movie, but it was enough to satiate my cravings! I served it over hot rice!

Quick Tip: If you need to add more corn starch to thicken the sauce, you can. Just don’t get it too thick.
