The first time I tried this hoagie dip, I knew immediately I would be making it for every single game night, family reunion and get-together in the near future. Let me tell you, friends, this stuff is awesome. It’s like taking a hoagie (or sub, or torpedo – whatever you call it in your neighborhood) and turning it into this brilliant thing that you could basically eat with a spoon. I may or may not have done that.
This dip is so good, you could pretty much call it a salad and eat it for lunch on its own. But it gets even better when you grab a slice of bred, your favorite chips or crackers, and get a generous scoop of this on top of it. Yum!
You can tweak the ingredients as you go, add a little this, a little that – anything you would add to your hoagie as well. I have to say, though; this recipe is super delicious exactly as it is, and I wouldn’t want to change a thing.
