This Ham And Potato Casserole Never Gets Boring

Aunt Linda said that she got this recipe from her mom, my grandma, and she never changed anything about it. It was perfect the way it was, so there was no reason to mess with a good thing. I don’t see myself changing this at all either. My youngest daughter doesn’t like mushrooms, so if she’s lucky I will leave them out. She’s usually pretty good about just picking them out though so the rest of us can enjoy the flavor. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:

Ingredients

2 C. ham, cubed

4 C. potatoes, cubed

1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of chicken)

1 can sliced mushrooms

1 C. Kraft shredded cheese

1/2 C. chopped onions

 

 

Instructions

In a Crock Pot, mix all ingredients well. (will be very thick until cooked!)

Set on medium cook for 4-6 hours.

Serve.
