Get Quirky With These Colorful Deviled Eggs

Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving are the three biggest holidays for my family.

We all get together at someone’s house, whoever has volunteered for that specific day, and have a good meal, great company, and a lot of fun enjoying being around one another. Usually, we try and make the event a potluck style dinner so that nobody gets stuck doing all of the work on any one day.

That could get rather exhausting, and costly considering there are about fifty of us now. Last Easter, I happened upon this rainbow deviled egg recipe, and I couldn’t wait to show up with them.

I knew that they were going to be a conversation piece if nothing else. Everyone loved the flavor of these, and they couldn’t stop talking about how fun they looked on the plate.

Even some of the people that normally wouldn’t touch a deviled egg got pretty brave and sampled some of these. There weren’t any left in the dish when it was time to leave. That was super satisfying, and so was the holiday meal with the ones I love.

Quick Tip: Natural dyes like beet juice and red onions can be used instead of Easter egg dye.
