Down On The Farm Pepper Ranch Roasted Potatoes

These roast up perfectly in the oven in just about a half hour or so. When I am using them as a side dish for a dinner party or potluck, I wait for them to be just about done, and then I put them in the crock pot to finish cooking and they will stay warm and delicious in there for hours. I usually sprinkle some cheese and crumbled cooked bacon in right before I serve them and offer a side of sour cream for dipping. They are simply amazing!
