Down On The Farm Pepper Ranch Roasted Potatoes

If there was one thing that I could do every day back when I was younger, it was ride my bike with my sister over to our Aunt’s house which was just about a mile away. Why did we love going there so much? She had a swimming pool! We would pack our bags up with our suits and towels first thing in the morning, and as soon as she called and told us she was ready for us, away we went. We would spend all day laughing, playing, and splashing away in her above ground swimming pool. Our cousins were our same age so we always had a blast.

Some nights, when we were lucky, she would agree to letting us sleepover. Those were special days, because they didn’t happen very often. She was a great cook too. She always made the best homemade sloppy joes. One day, along with our sloppies, she made pepper ranch roasted potatoes. They were so good! We couldn’t get enough.

When she first set them down she thought she had made too many. After swimming all day, we were starved. So we had no problem cleaning out the bowl of these. Now I use this recipe from Spend with Pennies and make them for my family at home.
