Delicious Parmesan Popover Muffins – A Great Addition To Almost Any Meal

Not only are these awesome for breakfast, we eat them often with chili and soups. They dip wonderfully and give the meal something a little extra. These Parmesan popovers also pair nicely with stews. I like to make these the night before on busy work and school days. That way we can grab something on the way out the door when there isn’t time to sit down for breakfast.

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c milk
3/4 c flour
3/4 c parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
pinch herb de provence
pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 F. -Mix all the ingredients in a blender. -Oil the muffin tin so it becomes non stick. -Pour the mix in the muffin tin. -Bake for 15 minutes.
