When my family grew from two to four, it never seemed like there was enough food to go around anymore.
I went from just feeding myself and my husband, to feeding us and two very hungry boys. Cereal at breakfast time isn’t always enough to satisfy their huge fits of hunger. So, as any good mom does, I started looking for alternatives to the breakfast we were used to.
I came across these Parmesan Popovers on the web and thought about when my Grandma used to make them when we spent the night at her house. They were always so yummy fresh out of the oven! I decided to try them out on my boys.
The ingredients I already had in the house so I made them that very next morning. Needless to say, they polished off the whole pan. My husband and I didn’t even get any!
The next time I made them I was sure to make extras. Now, we have these frequently when we know it’s going to be run-out-the-door kind of day. Sometimes I make them for a snack on the weekends too. They always go pretty quick!
