Country Kitchen Mac ‘n’ Cheese Made Easy By Sir Slow Cooker

Who on earth doesn’t enjoy a big ‘ol bowl of cheesy goodness? I don’t think I’ve ever met one person who doesn’t enjoy macaroni and cheese.  If they don’t like it they are crazy and lying haha! This country mac ‘n’ cheese recipe is filled with all the good stuff including ham! You seriously don’t want to miss out on this. Our Country Mac ‘n’ Cheese is so easy to make, you might actually feel guilty about it. Your slow cooker will do all the work while you sit back and relax. Cooking doesn’t get much easier than that!

It truly doesn’t get much easier than this, folks. Serve this yummy crock pot macaroni and cheese up with some steamed broccoli and there you have it, a complete meal!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 cups TruMoo milk
  • 2 teaspoons French’s prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can Campbell’s Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups shredded Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
  • 1 (16-ounce) package Barilla elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham (optional)
  • 1/4 cup French-fried onions

 

Instructions

  1. Coat a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. In prepared slow cooker, combine all ingredients except French-fried onions, mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW setting 2 to 2-1/2 hours, or until tender . Let stand 10 minutes; stir before serving. Top with French-fried onions.
