Chunky Apple Blondies Embraced By Cinnamon And Spice

This is one of those items that you can either make for breakfast or have for a dessert item. I’ll serve this to my early morning visitors and my kids on weekday mornings for a brunch item. They also make a great item to take to potluck dinners. I am never shy about sharing the secret with whoever asks me. These are too good to keep all to myself!

If you have these already made, just pop one in the microwave for a few seconds and it tastes like it just came fresh from the oven.

 

Ingredients

3 c Gold Medal all-purpose flour
3 c apples
2 c Domino sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 c Tropicana orange juice
2 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp salt

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 325 Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan Peel and core about 3 to 4 apples, Finely chop apples (You want the pieces small).

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl ( I use a wooden spoon to mix) Bake at 325 for aprox 45 mins to 1 hour.
