When I was a young girl my mother made banana bread all the time.
She had a cache of brown bananas in the freezer just for this purpose. Banana bread was one of the first baked goods that I learned how to make. As I grew older I wanted to take my baking skills to the next level and try new things. I came across this recipe for banana muffins with peanut butter cream filling and just about flipped my lid.
