Jolly Old Saint Nicholas APPROVED – Orange Cranberry Loaf

A whimsical Christmas bread made with sweet orange juice and tart cranberries.

As a young girl, I can recall my mother making loads and loads of holiday treats during the Christmas season. Sometimes, she’d invite all of her lady friends over from church and they would have one big baking pow wow in our kitchen and dining room. My sisters and I always enjoyed these get-togethers because we got to help and be the official taste testers. Ah, the wondrous memories of childhood Christmases.

This bread recipe that I found over on the Peanut Butter and Peppers blog really piqued my curiosity because it looked so pretty! I really like how she has it garnished. I’m super excited to be able to share it with all of you. I bet biting into this holiday loaf will taste just like Christmas 🙂
