Breakfast is always the most important meal of the day at my house. We all spend time making sure to get a good portion of food in us so that we can perform at our best throughout the day. I’ve learned that it just isn’t possible if you’re trying to do it with a growling stomach. That’s why I’ve added this cheesy hashbrown casserole in as part of our regular menu rotation.
The best thing about this meal is that I can start it before I go to bed at night, and it’s ready to go in the morning. All I have to do is scoop out a few spoonfuls and set it out to the table. My family gobbles it right up. Sometimes I even throw in some ham or bacon to give it a little something extra. Whenever my kids have a morning party at school, this is always a hit. It’s so simple to and affordable to make, I wish I would have found it sooner!
