Not 1, Not 2, But 5 Kinds Of Cheese Make These The Best Stuffed Pasta Shells EVER
Yummmm! Here’s a dish that never gets old! Stuffed pasta shells have been my favorite ever since I was “yay high”, and I’m happy my kids seem to enjoy this meal very much, as well.
We make this at least twice a month, sometimes even more often, because life is too short for not eating something that you really love! This is a great make-ahead dish, but it is kind of difficult to freeze it when you would just like to bake and eat it right away…
We’ve got all the good things here; Italian sausage, ground beef, 5 different kinds of cheese – that’s right! Five kinds! I think that’s exactly why these stuffed shells turn out so amazing every time.
And if you don’t happen to like one of them, just omit it and use more of the others. It’s that simple, and you’re still going to get a delicious dinner. No-one is even going to notice that you’ve hidden some really healthy spinach in there, too!
