You Can’t Go Wrong With This Amazing Side Dish!

If you want a completely meat-free side dish, you can definitely make this roasted cauliflower without the bacon.

But, in my honest opinion, bacon definitely makes the best of ingredients even better, so why not add a bit more of it to this side dish, as well! If you’re worried about the fat, you could always use turkey bacon. But, you know, sometimes you just have to live a little! Have you tried this recipe already? I would love to know how it turned out for you, in the comments below. My extra tip: sprinkle a little bit of paprika on top, when you take this out of the oven!

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

6 slices of bacon, cut into small slices

3 Tbsp Bertolli olive oil

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, then toss in the bacon.

Spread the cauliflower and bacon onto the baking sheet and top with garlic, salt and pepper.

Roast for approximately 20 minutes, then use a spatula to flip the cauliflower and put back into the oven for another 10 minutes.

Quick tip: The smaller you cut the florets, the faster it will cook.
