Green, minty, and built on a base of chocolate cookie crumbs sounds like my kind of dessert! You guys, this grasshopper pie recipe is phenomenal. I could eat this stuff all day long and never grow weary of it. The filling is rich, cool, and decadent while the crust is buttery and chocolatey. Plus, it is seriously easy to make. I didn’t think a pie like this could successfully be made from home but it can! No need for a bakery 🙂
