Winner Winner Chicken Bacon Ranch Dinner!

When I made this I served it along his other two favorites, rice and green beans. They all went very well together and made an ideal, yet reasonably priced meal. You could also serve it along with your favorite pasta or even mashed potatoes. Something to try may be turning it into a sandwich. Yum! As long as you don’t overcook your chicken, you are going to have a tender and delicious meal in just minutes.

 

Ingredients

4 bonless, skinless chicken breats

5 slices of Oscar Mayer bacon

1c (may use more) Hidden Valley ranch dressing

1/2 or more Kraft mozzarella cheese

 

 

Instructions

preheat oven to 400 degrees

in a 9″ skillet cook up all 5 slices of bacon at once don’t cook completely leave a little under cooked

while they are cooking take a 11″ X 9″ glass bakind dish and spread about 1/2c of ranch on bottom of dish

and take chicken breasts and cut in half through center making 2 thinner pieces

when bacon is done remove from skillet set aside

DON’T empty grease place chicken inside skillet and fry til out side is white

place in baking dish spread remaining ranch dressing over each piece break up bacon and sprinkle on top

bake for 10 mins remove sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake an extra 5 mins take out and serve
