What’s On The Menu For Today? Juicy Skirt Steak!

“Skirt beef” is this piece of meat that’s so tender they feel like butter in your mouth. I rarely buy this beef piece because it’s a luxury meat for me. It’s quite a bit addicting too. Because we always want our meat kind of tender and juicy. For special occasions, I buy these because I want to spoil myself sometimes. Whenever I do, I give a call to Uncle Ben to ask him the best way to cook this.

Uncle Ben knows a lot about meat. Remember that he’s the King of the Grill so he knows the best ways to cook a meat. However, there was this one time when he wasn’t answering his phone.

I had a feeling that he forgot about it before he went to his farm again. I called Mom because she always came to my rescue whenever I’m in a pinch. But she wasn’t answering her phone too.

I was panicking a bit because I had a couple of friends coming for lunch and I needed immediate help (I was busy the day before and forgot I had friends coming!). Fortunately, I discovered this recipe immediately after I searched for one online. It’s quite simple yet very tasty.
