Well, Bless Your Heart! You Made An Apple Bundt Cake

Apples have become my new favorite fruit.

Not to enjoy just as an apple, but to bake.  I know, I know, it loses it’s healthiness if I fill it up with sugar and fluffy pie crusts, but I just cannot help it.  Apple desserts are my favorite and I will keep the doctor away with apples (and sugar) right?  Anyway, this year I have been trying every single apple recipe I can get my hand on.  Apple tarts?  You got it.  Apple fritters?  You betcha!  And now I found a recipe for an apple Bundt cake so I knew I had to try it.

Bundt cakes are so delicious and perfect for dessert or breakfast.  It is light and fluffy and totally delicious.  This Bundt cake is one that we tried recently at a party hosted by my aunt.  I had so many desserts on my list to try, but once I tried that apple cake, I knew that was it.  Nothing else seemed interesting.  I stuck by this cake for the rest of the night and did not want to fill up on anything other than it.  Worth it?  Yeah, definitely.
