Walkin’ On Sunshine Hawaiian Burger

Where I live, it feels like the winter drags on and on. Everyone asks why I just don’t move, because they know how much I dislike the snow, cold, and winter months. This is where my family is for one, I was born and raised here, and the summers, when they finally decide to come around, are absolutely beautiful. Oh what I love about summer, mainly just being outside. Grilling, going to the beach, golfing, canoeing, boating, just to name a few…but I could go on and on.

We had a warm spell come through not that long ago, so I decided to get the grill out and just pretend like it was summer.

I found this recipe for Hawaiian burgers on The Pioneer Woman, and I knew it was just what I needed. They were so light and delicious, it felt like it was twenty degrees warmer. It was just what I needed to get me through until the summer is expected to arrive.

Whenever I’m get the winter blahs, I’ll cook one of these up on the stove top. I get the same effect each and every time!
