Voila! Vanilla Sheet Cake With Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting Livens Up ANY Party

Let’s pretend for a moment that we are sitting in a cozy living room together and discussing our favorite cake recipes. Now, by a show of hands, who here LOVES sheet cakes? I’m totally raising both of my hands right now. Don’t ask me how I’m managing to type with both my hands raised. I guess I’m simply magical 🙂 LOL I wish! One thing is for sure, this vanilla sheet cake with pineapple frosting is certainly mystifying with its bold and lush flavors.

Talk about a smorgasbord of sweet temptation. I love making sheet cakes for church functions, birthday parties, and fundraisers. For one, you can serve A LOT of folks with a sheet cake and that’s a good thing when you’ve got many hungry mouths to deal with.

I love this recipe found on Mennonite Girls Can Cook for vanilla sheet cake with pineapple cream cheese frosting. It looks like something you’d find in a  bakery but it’s really simple to whip up! Shocking, really!

Now, who’s ready to conclude this meeting and make this cake?
