When it comes to food, I’m a very down-home, country cook.
I love making meals like casseroles, stews, bread puddings, and roasts. I especially love making biscuits and gravy and chicken pot pie. When I heard about this turkey and biscuit casserole with lemon and dill, my first thought was to pass it up. I mean, lemon and dill? Come on!
However, my sister had made this for her family and told me I really needed to give it a try. She said it was super savory and even her little picky eaters liked it. So, I decided to take one for the team and made the casserole. Oh. My. Word. I am so glad that I did.
This turkey and biscuit with lemon and dill casserole is out of this world!

Quick Tip: Since there is a ton of turkey in this casserole, be prepared for leftovers. This meal freezes well.
This looks delicious. Been trying to find more recipes that have dill in them, as its one of my favorite herbs! Thank you for sharing your recipe, can’t wait to give it a try at home.
