Tiny Cheesecake Pounders With Pumpkin Sauce – Sounds Like A Swell Time To Me!

I think you are really going to be excited about this recipe for mini cream cheese pound cakes with pumpkin glaze.

These little pound cakes come out moist, creamy, and ever so flavorful. Seriously, I can’t believe how yummy these little guys are.

Plus, they aren’t hard to make at all. I made these one year for Thanksgiving and I think they went faster than the pumpkin pie did. The kids really like these mini pound cakes, too.

Some folks like to serve these adorable little desserts with whipped cream but I prefer to eat them as they are. The choice is yours, though. I’m sure your children wouldn’t mind piling them high with a mountain of the fluffy white stuff.

I plan to make these for the holidays and to take a batch of them to my neighbor’s house as they are elderly and can’t leave their home. I’m sure it will make a lovely gift for them. Enjoy!
