Whenever something new is deserved to me, I am always wary. I am careful because first, if I am not sure whether it’s spicy or not, I couldn’t take the risk of tasting it. I have very little tolerance for something spicy and I might embarrass myself in front of people if you serve me spicy food. When it comes to dessert though, I will absolutely try anything. Because desserts will always taste pleasant even if they’re not the usual things you always eat.
The worst that can happen to a dessert is probably a dry taste or a lumpy icing. When my friend served me these mounds brownies for the first time, I stared at it for a few minutes as if it would eat me. I knew it was dessert, but my eyes went straight to the white part. I had to ask my friend what it was, and she told me it was coconut.
I was still a bit cautious when I took a bite of it. After all, it was the first time that I would get to try such a dessert. I am glad I did though or I would have missed half of my life!
They really tasted great. The sweetness of the coconut is balanced by the bittersweet taste of the chocolate. Your family will love this!

Quick Tip: You can serve this with vanilla ice cream, if you like. Or you can put a dollop of whipped cream on the side.
