Pretzels are some of my favorite treats. I remember once going to West Palm Beach with my dad, to shop for my mom’s birthday at her favorite store. We didn’t go there often because it was an hour away, but because it was a big birthday, we knew we had to get her something special. We headed over and worked up quite the appetite while shopping. The area was so large, we spent hours shopping and looking around- not just at her favorite store. My dad loves shopping and so do I so we stayed for quite a while.
Well, our appetite grew with each passing hour, so we knew we would have to enjoy a really big, hearty dinner. We looked around and noticed there were lots of restaurants in the pavilion we were at. But, as usual, we followed our rule of going to a place we didn’t have back home.
We skipped the usual Cheesecake Factory and instead got ourselves settled in a little Irish pub. They brought us their famous appetizer: pretzels and beer cheese dip. It was so unbelievably delicious, my dad spent the entire ride home looking for the perfect recipe online!
