Forget Your Old Sandwich Recipe – These Stuffed Biscuits Are Way Better!
We all love a good sandwich, right? Who doesn’t enjoy lovely sammies for lunch or even dinner, perhaps accompanied with your favorite chips and dip. When I was little, on Saturdays and Sundays we used to have a big hearty lunch and instead of a heavy dinner, we just had sandwiches in the evening.
Even today I still do that sometimes. We all know what it’s like on those crazy weeknights, so a nice sandwich makes a perfectly fine meal when you don’t exactly have time for cooking. But sometimes those same-ol’ sammies do tend to get a little boring. That’s why I was so happy to find this recipe over at Making Memories With Your Kids!
You only need four ingredients to make these awesome stuffed biscuits. These make a great lunch or an afternoon snack – and if you make these a little bigger you can definitely serve these as a quick dinner, too! These are crazy easy to make and you can tweak the stuffings if you’d like. However, I thought the flavor combination was spot on so I didn’t want to change a thing.
