Texas Two-Step Cheesy Garlic Bacon Mashed Potatoes

I have also made these potatoes at home since the dance. They make a nice pan full, and my entire family loves them. It’s a nice change from the traditional mashed potatoes and they are just about as simple as throwing a baked potato in the oven. I like to enjoy mine with a dollop of sour cream and they make the final result very rich and creamy. Whenever I need a side dish whipped up in a hurry, this is the recipe I reach for.

 

Ingredients

1 (1lb) container Simply Made Garlic Potatoes

1 Tbsp Land O’ Lakes butter

1 egg

1/2 c. Real Bacon Bits

 

 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.

Spread in a 9×13 in. glass baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot.
