Taco Tuesday Just Got Even Easier!

Taco Tuesday is a day that we never miss in my house. Even if we are out and about, we have to get fast food tacos. My kids all love them, and I don’t mind them either.

Sometimes the ground beef version can get pretty boring though. When I stumbled upon this chicken taco recipe on Group Recipes, I just knew that we had to give it a try. I was excited to try something new, and I was even more excited about how simple it was.

When I served them the first time I made them with soft and hard taco shells and all the fixings. Now when I serve them, I usually offer a tortilla chip too and my kids like to make a nacho supreme with the chicken.

No matter how they get served up, they always go over very well. It’s a nice change up from the traditional tacos and it allows for a super easy clean up too.

As long as everyone walks away from the table satisfied, I’m a happy mama!

Quick Tip: Leave out the black beans if you don’t have them on hand. It’s just as good without them!
