Super-Easy Lattice Blueberry Pie – Just Like Grandma Used To Make!

I can remember seeing my first lattice pie…it was at a church bakesale. I asked my mama why she never made her pies with a “fence” on the top and she smiled at me and said, “Honey, that pie is my pie.” LOL Here mom had been making lattice pies all along and my 7-year-old self had never noticed. From that day forward I resigned myself to learning how to make one of mama’s famous lattice-crusted blueberry pies.

Creating a lattice-type top crust really isn’t all that hard. However, it does take time and patience. So, don’t plan on rushing this recipe or else you’ll end up with a mess. The mess wills till most likely taste good, though haah!
