The first time making this I left out the onions because I knew my husband would find them and just despise the recipe. Instead I used some onion salt in it’s place. The flavor was really good still. Since then, I have learned that by dicing up the veggies super small, husbands and kids alike won’t even notice that they are in there. Leaving me to get the great taste I am aiming for! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:
“This is an easy tasty meatloaf. It tastes as good as it smells!”
I never have to call anyone for dinner after they smell this coming from the oven.

Quick Tip: Put the brown sugar mixture on top of the meatloaf instead of in the bottom of the pan.
