Making cobbler is just as simple to do in the Dutch oven as it is in the conventional oven. Actually, with this recipe I think this is even easier!
And I think that Dutch oven cobbler turns out better. This is a great dessert to serve to friends and family when having a get-together. If you have a bigger Dutch oven you can double this recipe if needed. I like to serve this cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream. It’s super yummy when it melts a bit on top of the warm cobbler!
Ingredients
2 cans peach pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 can Sprite
Instructions:
Dump Pie filling in bottom of Dutch Oven.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
Pour Sprite evenly over the cake mix.
Cover and cook until top is browned, about 40 minutes.
