Stay Calm And Eat Canadian Fettuccine Bolognese

Last year my husband and I celebrated our first anniversary.  We made it to our first big mile stone! We are always ready to celebrate anything regarding our relationship, whether big or small, so we knew this was huge and that we wanted to celebrate.  We decided to go on a trip to celebrate our anniversary and planned a wonderful trip on the other side of the country (at least for us).

We traveled from Miami, Florida all the way to Seattle, Washington.  From there, we drove up to Vancouver, then back in the states again, drove through Portland and finally ended up in San Francisco.  Everything about the trip was wonderful.

The best part about that trip was the food.  Absolutely everything we tried was delicious.  We always wanted to go back for more at every stop, but we did not want to waste a food opportunity on repeating a meal, when we could get another amazing one at another location.

When we were in Vancouver, we went to a restaurant that is super high up and you can see the whole city from.  There I ordered a fettuccini Bolognese so good, I knew I had to learn how to make it at home.
