My aunt Susan and I were chatting the other day. She had mentioned to me that she went to a church potluck and one of the ladies had brought this amazing turtle cheesecake. This immediately got me going because I love turtle anything. I knew I had to try this dessert! Aunt Susan went on and on about how delicious the cake was.
My aunt is not easily impressed, so I knew this cake must have been a real winner. Of course, she didn’t get the recipe, but she promised she would do some detective work for me.
Luckily, she was able to reach the lady who had made the cheesecake, and in a couple of hours she called me and gave me this delicious recipe. I decided to give it a try. I was really hoping it would turn out as delicious as my aunt described – and it did!
