There are really those days when after waking up, we’re in a different weird sort of mood that we just want something different for a change. When I woke up to those days, I dress differently. I do a different hairstyle. I even wear pink (I don’t wear pink a lot)! But usually, this affects my mood for food. Usually, when I have time to prepare breakfast, I settle with the typical toast, butter, eggs, and bacon.
Sometimes, I eat cereals. But there are times when I want something different so I make casseroles or waffles. And then there’s pancakes.
Usually, I make blueberry pancakes or chocolate chip pancakes. They’re my all-time favorites! But if I’m in the mood for something different, I immediately search for a recipe online and just does it right then and there.
Just recently, I woke up to that day and ended up making these wonderful cinnamon applesauce pancakes! I found it over at Mr. Food. And I just wanted to try it. It tasted so good and it smelled so wonderful that I wanted to drown in its scent forever.
The applesauce made it more moist and soft. Some pancakes tend to get try, but this recipe prevented that. If you want to try these beautiful pancakes, you will find the recipe on the next page.
