This Soup Is Better Than Any I’ve EVER Tried Before!

I have always been a fan of cheddar cheese. Growing up, I think I would eat it by the slice. You know that bar of Kraft cheddar cheese? Yeah, my mom would buy that and I would eat right through it in no time.  It was so much fun and something I absolutely loved to eat whether with soda crackers (the Keebler small packs are THE BEST! So crispy!) or with a banana.

Sometimes I would even dice it up over my scrambled eggs or add it to a big ol’ grilled cheese sandwich.  I just could not get enough. Well, one day my mom accidentally picked up the wrong cheese by mistake.

I was pretty upset because I loved my daily dose of cheese, but this time she picked up white cheddar instead of my classic cheddar cheese.  I did not really want to try it, but after seeing my sisters liked it and they assured me it was good, I gave it a try, and my oh my, was it good.  It was just as sharp as the regular cheddar I normally ate, but even better.  I knew I had to make it into a soup soon.
