Soft Peanut Butter Cookies – Pair With A Glass Of Milk And A Smile :)

Peanut butter cookies have always been a weakness of mine. any diet I have ever been on has failed due to this delicious cookies. Soft, warm, peanut butter cookies fresh out of the oven have got to be one of God’s greatest creations. I can’t get over how delicious these yummy little things are! A trick my kids taught me is to freeze the cookies for a cool treat on a hot day. I didn’t think it would be good but wow, yummy!

The following recipe is quite simple and produces some of the best peanut butter cookies I’ve ever had the joy of baking…and eating.

 

Ingredients

1 cup creamy Jif peanut butter

1 cup packed amino  brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 cup Kerrygold butter, softened

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon McCormick vanilla extract

1cups Gold Medal flour

 

Instructions

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

Add baking soda, powder and vanilla.

Stir in flour.

Roll into balls, roll in sugar. Flatten cookies, using a fork, in a criss-cross pattern.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or adjust to suit your oven and size of cookies!
