S’mores Triple Chocolate Candy Bark – It’ll Make you say, “Oh, Yeah!”

This s’mores chocolate bark candy is perfect to serve to guests who visit during holidays. I love putting them in pretty glass trays and just serve them to my guests along with their preferred beverages. It’s a hit most especially to the kids. I know my children especially love this yummy treat. I love the fact that despite its richness, it’s actually a perfect balance of Graham cracker and marshmallow.

Mom used to make something similar to this except she uses a variety of dried fruits and uses white chocolate too (am a huge fan of white chocolate). Nevertheless, this tastes really good!

 

Ingredients

24 oz Hershey’s dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)

8 oz white chocolate

¾ C Keebler graham crackers broken into pieces

½ C Jet-Puffed marshmallows bits

2 (1.55 oz) Hershey’s milk chocolate bars (or dark chocolate), broken into pieces

 

Instructions

Line a 15×10 inch cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Melt dark chocolate according to instructions on package, making sure to stir periodically.

Melt white chocolate according to instructions on package, making sure to stir periodically.

Spread melted dark chocolate onto prepared cookie sheet. Spoon white chocolate over the top. Swirl white chocolate through dark chocolate using a knife.

Sprinkle with graham cracker pieces, marshmallow bits, and broken chocolate bars. Lightly press topping into chocolate.

Place in refrigerator and allow to refrigerate for at least one hour to cool and set.

Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Quick Tip: Be very careful not to overcook the chocolate.
