Nothing beats a hot meal that has been simmering in the Crock Pot all day. This includes my grandma’s famous recipe for slow cooker beef tips. You guys, these beef tips come out so tender and juicy that it makes you want to shout for joy. The gravy is delicious, too. I love to serve these savory beef tips over egg noodles or rice. My husband actually prefers mashed potatoes. You can serve them any way that you like. Some people even prefer to eat the beef tips just as they are.
This recipe is very easy to follow and only contains a handful of ingredients. In fact, the only thing i had to go out and fetch from the grocery store were the beef tips. My butcher behind the meat counter chopped them up into lovely bite-sized pieces.
Don’t you just love the old-fashioned meat counter at a locally ran grocery store? I certainly do. It’s a way better experience than going to a mass supermarket where you probably have no clue as to where your meat came from in the first place. Enjoy the recipe!

This recipe is Fab thanks…
I was really excited about this recipe, thinking it would be so tasty and my grandchildren would love it for St. Patrick’s Day, since I knew they wouldn’t eat corned beef. Sadly, they did not enjoy it at all – I made it exactly as the recipe said, even adding a bit of “Better Than Bouillion” beef seasoning to give it a richer flavor. I made mashed potatoes to go with it. My husband said it was good, but didn’t rave about it, which is always disappointing to me, so I will not be making it again. I made a double batch, so there is a lot leftover, which I’ll be making into Shepherd’s Pie.
