Slow Cooked And Tender: Beef Fajitas

My husband and I love preparing these beef fajitas at least once a week.  After we are done, if we have any leftovers, we eat them the next day with another side, such as over a bed of rice.  This beef recipe is perfect for many different meals. I’ve even used this beef recipe to make a spicy taco soup. It works perfectly with the peppers, onions, and spices. The possibilities are endless as you’ll soon see 🙂

This is exactly what I am looking for. Easy recipes that are made with minimal ingredients and have the maximum taste.  That is the best of them all.

Ingredients

2 lbs beef, sliced

1-2 bell peppers, sliced

1 onion, sliced

20 ounces Tostitos salsa

2 tbsp fajita seasoning

Instructions

Add salsa to bottom of the slow cooker.

Add beef, onion, bell pepper and fajita seasoning. Stir to mix well.

Cook LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4.
